Terms and Conditions for Resume Writing Services These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by [Dimanch Retail OPC Pvt Ltd.], including but not limited to resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and any other related services (the "Services"). By engaging with our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms: 1. Service Agreement By purchasing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Client") and [Dimanch Retail OPC Pvt Ltd.] ("We" or "Our"). 2. Scope of Services We provide professional resume writing, cover letter creation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career-related documents. The scope of each service will be as described in the service package purchased by the Client. Services may include revisions, specified at the time of purchase. 3. Client Responsibilities Accurate Information: The Client must provide truthful and accurate information regarding their career history, skills, and qualifications. Any delay or inaccuracies in providing required details may affect the final product. Timely Communication: The Client agrees to respond promptly to any queries or requests for additional information to ensure the timely completion of their resume or other documents. Revisions: Clients are entitled to a certain number of revisions (if specified in the package) after receiving the initial drafts. Revisions are based on feedback provided by the Client and must adhere to the initial scope of work. 4. Payment Terms All payments for Services must be made upfront before any work begins unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments are non-refundable once the work on your project has commenced. Refunds are only issued if no work has been started, or in cases of a major service failure by [Dimanch Retail OPC Pvt Ltd.]. Payments can be made through the payment methods outlined on our website. 5. Delivery Times Delivery time for completed services will be communicated at the time of purchase. We strive to complete projects within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Rush orders may incur additional fees and will be subject to availability. 6. Ownership of Documents Upon full payment, the Client will own the final documents created by [Dimanch Retail OPC Pvt Ltd.]. However, [Dimanch Retail OPC Pvt Ltd.] retains the right to use any work for promotional purposes, including portfolio use and case studies. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the documents for personal purposes, including job applications and career development. 7. Confidentiality We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our Clients. Any personal or professional information shared with us will only be used for the purpose of providing the Services. We will not disclose any information to third parties without the Client’s prior consent 8. No Guarantee of Employment While we provide high-quality resumes and career documents, [Dimanch Retail OPC Pvt Ltd.] does not guarantee employment or interview opportunities. The success of your job search is contingent on many factors, including your experience, skills, and the job market. 9. Limitation of Liability [Dimanch Retail OPC Pvt Ltd.] is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or misuse of the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet all of the Client’s expectations or result in employment. 10. Modifications We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly. 11. Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Rajasthan 12.
